DHEA Plus uniquely combines dihydroxyepiandrosterone (DHEA), Bioperine® and ginkgo biloba leaf to safely and effectively provide antioxidants, and support the body in a healthy aging process. DHEA, the primary ingredient, is used by the body to manufacture the sex hormones estrogen and testosterone. As DHEA levels decline with age, women produce less estrogen, which is essential for healthy heart function. Additionally, men lose the metabolic boost that testosterone provides and are at increased risk for fat accumulation. Supplemental DHEA can therefore slow this normal hormonal decline.
